Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a part-time Member Services Representative in West Valley City, UT. This role handles member inquiries, transactions, and maintains a clean, welcoming fitness club environment.

The MSR greets members and guests, answers questions about memberships, and supports sign-ups and billing. Weekend shifts and on-site work are required, with emphasis on friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite, this is not a remote position.
• Upbeat, professional and positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented in member and employee interactions.
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience.
• Ability to learn and apply company cleaning practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.
• MSRs must submit to a National Sex Offender Registry search.
• All Utah locations must participate in E-Verify.
• This position requires employee to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about Planet Fitness memberships and amenities.
• Assist with tours and sign-ups.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Respond promptly to questions and concerns.
