Job summary

Planet Fitness in South Ogden, UT is seeking a Member Services Representative (MSR) to be the first contact for members and guests. You will handle inquiries, process memberships and payments, and promote club amenities in a clean, friendly environment.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, adherence to policies, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere consistent with the Judgement Free Zone® culture. Training and certifications are required. This is a day shift, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• On-site work required; this is not a remote position.
• Upbeat, professional and positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented in member and employee interactions.
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must obtain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Must obtain Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.
• MSRs must submit to a National Sex Offender Registry search.
• All Utah locations must participate in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide information about memberships and amenities; assist with tours and sign-ups.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately; handle inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the club, including restrooms and workout areas.
• Support front desk operations with check-ins and phone inquiries.
