Job summary

crunch is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure top-notch service for members, guests, and prospective members. This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position at the club.

You will greet and check in members, inform them about membership options and promotions, answer calls professionally, and help update accounts. You will also support front desk operations, enforce the uniform policy, operate the POS, keep retail items stocked, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members
• Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts
• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Operate the POS system and accept payments
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club
• Other duties as assigned
