Crunch is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our club in Petal, MS. This part-time, hourly non-exempt role focuses on greeting members and guests, checking them in, and informing them about memberships and promotions.

You will handle phone inquiries, updates to accounts, and assist with front desk operations, including POS handling, stock and cleanliness, all while adhering to the club's uniform policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members
• Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts
• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Operate the POS system and accept payments
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club
