Job summary

Crunch Fitness is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer calls, and promote membership options. This hourly, non-exempt role supports a fast-paced club environment.

You'll update member accounts, stock items, process payments at the POS, and help keep the club clean and welcoming. Prior customer service experience is preferred; CPR/AED certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred (1 year).
• Proficient reading and writing skills and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Inform prospective members about membership options and promotions.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts.
• Ensure all retail items are stocked.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
