Crunch is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to support member check-in, greet guests, and drive membership sales at our club. You will manage phone inquiries, share event information, and assist with scheduling services to ensure a welcoming environment for all members.

Responsibilities include maintaining club knowledge, handling payments, and supporting management on daily tasks. A professional, upbeat demeanor is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong reading and writing abilities.
• General computer skills and familiarity with club systems.

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales
• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests per company procedures
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members
• Handle member requests or escalate to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning)
• Process payments for member services per procedures
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in projects as directed by club management
• Follow all Employee Handbook policies and procedures
• Perform opening and closing duties
