The CSR will respond to inquiries, promote current promotions, and operate the POS system while maintaining neatness and policy compliance. Join a team dedicated to member experience and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts.
• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
