• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members
• Inform prospective members about membership options and current promotions
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts
• Compliance with uniform policy: crunch polo, black pants/shorts, crunch nametag
• Operate the POS system and accept payments
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club
• Other duties as assigned
