Job summary

Crunch in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, assist guests, and process membership updates. This role is part-time, hourly, non-exempt, and focused on delivering friendly, efficient service at the front desk.

Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, explaining membership options and promotions, answering calls, processing payments, stocking and maintaining order, and supporting a smooth member experience. Duties may change as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members
• Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts
• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Operate the POS system and accept payments
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club
