SUMMARY:

We are searching for a Part-time Customer Service Rep with Medical Scheduling skills to work in our Round Rock, Austin and Georgetown Area clinics. Our ideal candidate will have great interpersonal communication skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Make outbound calls and take inbound calls.
• Ensure the office has current demographic and insurance information on file.
• Schedule patients for advanced physical exams.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
• Call on campaigns to schedule.
• Meet weekly and monthly scheduling goals.
• Proactively implement and execute scheduling processes.
• Ensure patients comfort by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering patient questions.
• Update patient records.
• Follow all HIPAA regulations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent computer skills.
• Experience with EMR Systems. Preferably Epic, ECW and Athena.
• POSITIVE, professional attitude and code of conduct.
• Ability to meet goals.
• Passionate about helping people and healthcare.
• Excellent, professional communication skills.

Job Type: Part time.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
