HealthGrades Analytics is seeking a part-time Customer Service Rep with Medical Scheduling skills to support clinics in Northwest Houston and the Greater Houston area. The role emphasizes strong interpersonal communication and precise data entry to keep patient records accurate.

Responsibilities include making and receiving calls, scheduling exams, and ensuring correct demographics and insurance information while complying with HIPAA. Hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with occasional Saturdays.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Make outbound calls and take inbound calls.
• Ensure the office has correct demographic and insurance information on file.
• Schedule patients for advanced physical exams.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
• Call on campaigns to schedule.
• Meet weekly and monthly scheduling goals.
• Proactively implement and execute scheduling processes.
• Ensure patients comfort by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering patient questions.
• Update patient records.
• Follow all HIPAA regulations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Excellent computer skills.
• Experience with EMR Systems. Preferably Epic, ECW and Athena.
• POSITIVE, professional attitude and code of conduct.
• Ability to meet goals.
• Passionate about helping people and healthcare.
• Excellent, professional communication skills.

Job Type: Part time. Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Hours 8am-5:00pm
• Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.
