Job summary

HG Analytics is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Representative with medical scheduling skills to join our Northwest Houston and Greater Houston clinics. The ideal candidate will excel in interpersonal communication and assist patients with scheduling while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

You will handle outbound/inbound calls, manage demographic and insurance data, and coordinate scheduling for advanced exams, all in a patient-friendly environment.

Job Type:

Part time.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Hours 8am-5:00pm
• Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.

In person - Northwest Houston and Greater Houston surrounding areas.
