Job summary

HG Analytics is seeking a part-time Customer Service Rep with Medical Scheduling skills to work in the Round Rock, North Austin and Georgetown areas. The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities include scheduling patients for exams, updating records, and ensuring HIPAA compliance, with outbound and inbound calls and collaboration across campaigns.

Job Type

Schedule

• Hours 8am-5:00pm
• Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.
