Formación

• Experience in customer service or office administration preferred.
• Medical setting experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Center leadership to maximize daily patient census.
• Greet patients and visitors; answer and route calls; manage scheduling.
• Obtain and verify patient insurance information, including pre-certifications and pre-authorizations.
• Enter patient charges in databases; verify and reconcile charges; prepare monthly survey data.
• Assemble new patient charts; maintain existing charts; spot-check data completeness.
• Coordinate and schedule ancillary testing with other hospital departments.
• Arrange for patient transportation as needed.
• Maintain office equipment and medical supplies; perform other duties as required.
