Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Everett, WA to support routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance across our communities. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure responsive service and high standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety regulations. On-site duties may include on-call emergencies and physical tasks as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must understand on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance and cosmetic tasks to support the property’s operations.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines in daily tasks.
• Assist with unit inspections and make-ready activities as requested.
