Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site property maintenance, including routine, preventive, and cosmetic tasks. The role requires daily onsite attendance, responsiveness to work orders, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills needed to operate on-site software.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes for the property, including routine and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and support the Maintenance Supervisor.
