Job summary

Asset Living in Seattle, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in carrying out maintenance processes across our properties, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. You will support make-ready, respond to resident requests, maintain pools and grounds, keep accurate logs, and help uphold safety standards in accordance with OSHA guidelines.

The role emphasizes teamwork with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, on-call

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA requirements and Fair Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community and units, responding to work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in making-ready and daily upkeep of the property and common areas.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and amenities to identify hazards and address issues.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs up to date.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory, safety training and record-keeping.
