Job summary

The Hallmark Company is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of all apartment equipment, including appliances, basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Must have your own tools and be available for emergency calls as scheduled.

Two years of maintenance experience is required; HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred, along with prior multifamily experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience required or equivalent.
• HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
• Must have own tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and preventative maintenance on apartment equipment.
• Troubleshoots systems and completes diagnostic approaches.
• Responds to emergency maintenance calls as scheduled.
• Assists in training Groundskeepers and entry level techs.
• Inspects and documents work and quality of subcontractors.
