Job summary

The Hallmark Company is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, troubleshoot, and conduct preventative maintenance on apartment equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Must have own tools and a valid driver’s license. On-site work at our Georgia locations with daytime shifts and on-call responsibilities.

Two years of maintenance experience is required. HVAC/EPA certifications and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification are preferred, with

Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience required or equivalent
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred
• Previous multifamily experience preferred
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred
• Must have own tools
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and troubleshooting and completes preventative maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Assist training of Groundskeepers and entry level Technicians.
• Inspect and document work and ensure quality of subcontractors.
