Job summary

Hallmark Management is seeking a part-time maintenance technician to perform repairs, troubleshoot systems, and conduct preventive maintenance across property facilities. You will handle on-site repairs for HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical, plumbing, and other equipment, and respond to emergency maintenance calls as scheduled.

Qualifications include two years of maintenance experience, strong English communication, a valid driver's license, and Fair Housing certification; HVAC/EPA

Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience required or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license required.
• Fair Housing Certificate required.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, electrical, and plumbing.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7 when scheduled.
• Trains Groundskeepers and entry-level Maintenance Technicians.
• Inspects and documents property systems and conducts turnovers as needed.
• Performs preventive maintenance to protect facilities in cold weather and checks pool equipment and chemical balance.
