Job summary

Hallmark Management Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, troubleshoot building systems, and carry out preventive maintenance on apartment equipment, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

You must bring your own tools and be prepared for on-site work at our properties. The role requires the ability to handle emergency calls, train junior staff, and document maintenance requests, inspections, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience or equivalent
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred
• Previous multifamily experience preferred
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on apartment equipment.
• Troubleshoot building systems and oversee repairs.
• Be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Assist in training Groundskeepers and entry level Maintenance Technicians.
• Inspect and document maintenance and inspections for regulatory readiness.
• Maintain inventory and document maintenance requests.
