Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct service office staff
• Ensure all repair orders have complete, compliant documentation
• Monitor claim status and follow up on rejected or unpaid claims
• Maintain audit-ready warranty files and support audits
• Reconcile warranty receivables and investigate discrepancies
• Provide guidance on warranty requirements to improve claim acceptance
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians for proper documentation
