• Experience working with DMS and manufacturer warranty portals.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to interpret and apply manufacturer policies consistently and correctly.
• Effective communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with focus on compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and submit warranty and goodwill claims per guidelines.
• Supervise and direct service office staff.
• Ensure repair orders have complete, accurate documentation.
• Monitor claim status and follow up on rejected or unpaid claims.
• Maintain audit-ready warranty files and support audits.
• Reconcile warranty receivables and investigate discrepancies.
• Partner with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure proper documentation.
• Provide guidance on warranty requirements and improving claims acceptance rates.
• Track trends in claim rejections and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain organized records aligned with standards.
