Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a busy environment.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury spa or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of spa software systems such as Book4Time, Opera, and HotSOS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Canva.
• High grooming standards, a genuine smile, and a professional demeanor.
• Passion for the health and wellness industry, with a proactive and guest focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and consult with guests about services, amenities, and spa facilities.
• Set and coordinate appointments with guest preferences.
• Provide recommendations and assist with retail sales.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues, and ensure a memorable experience.
• Handle telephone and email inquiries according to Four Seasons' service standards.
• Manage spa booking systems and ensure reservations are accurate.
• Maintain communication logs and update staff on changes to bookings or tasks.
• Assist therapists and attendants with operational needs.
• Monitor guest areas hourly, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Process payments, gratuities, and service vouchers accurately.
• Prepare daily accounting reports and resolve discrepancies in vouchers or payments.
• Assist with gift certificate processing and ensure proper handling of cash and bank balances.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist guests with retail purchases.
• Restock, price, and display retail products, keeping the area clean and organized.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly retail inventories, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
