Job summary

The Langham Chicago is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to greet Guests and Members, check in/out, schedule appointments, answer phones, and assist with retail sales. You will promote spa services, manage reservations, and maintain a pristine reception area within a luxury environment.

Responsibilities include handling guest requests, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting spa operations while adhering to brand standards and safety protocols. This is a full-time on-site role in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a spa, luxury environment, or retail/sales is preferred.
• CPR/First aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and farewell.
• Operate Spa Reception Desk smoothly and professionally.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Schedule services for individuals and groups using spa reservations software.
• Provide daily schedules to spa providers and maintain knowledge of spa services, hours, products, and safety protocols.
