Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Houston, TX is seeking a Spa Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, provide information on treatments and services, and support scheduling and point-of-sale duties in a luxury hotel spa. The part-time role requires excellent interpersonal and English communication skills, with flexibility to work day, evening, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• One + years experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, book appointments, confirmation calls, guest arrival and departure, point of sale, and shift reports.
• Provide information and assistance on spa services, products, and hours of operation.
• Assist with locker room and fitness room cleanliness during high business levels or when the Spa/Gym Attendant is absent.
• Generate Birchstreet requisitions for departmental supplies and bed/linen sales.

About the role

The Spa Receptionist proactively welcomes guests, is knowledgeable about treatments, products and servicesoffered,as well as pricing, and scheduling.Responds to all interactions in an efficient,courteous,and professional manner to achievemaximumcustomer satisfaction and comfort.

What you will do

• Maintain exceptionalproficiencyin Spa Receptionist responsibilities which will include answering phones, booking appointments, confirmation calls, guestarrival, guestdeparture, point of sale and the completion of all shift reports.

• Provide information andassistanceto hotel/spa guests asrequested, conduct facility orientations, knowledge of services,productsand hours of operation.

• Assistwithlocker room cleanliness as well asfitnessroomcleanliness during high business levels or during the absence of theSpa/Gym Attendant.

• GenerateBirchstreetrequisitions for departmental supplies,fruitandthe completionof bed & linen sales.
