Job summary

Langham Chicago seeks a friendly Spa Receptionist to greet guests, check in/out, schedule appointments, and sell retail in the Chuan Spa. You will answer phones, promote spa services, manage reservations, collect payments, and maintain spotless spa areas in a luxury setting.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and retail or luxury service experience; training in first aid/CPR is preferred. This is an on-site role at The Langham, Chicago.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in luxury environment is a plus.
• Spa or salon experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
