Job summary

Four Seasons Houston is seeking a Spa Receptionist to warmly welcome guests and provide knowledgeable information on treatments, products, and services. You will respond to inquiries efficiently and professionally to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.

The position offers part-time hours with a flexible schedule, including day shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays, in a luxury hotel setting with access to hotel amenities.

Qualifications

• One + years' experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional proficiency in Spa Receptionist responsibilities including answering phones, booking appointments, confirmation calls, guest arrival, guest departure, point of sale and shift reports.
• Provide information and assistance to hotel/spa guests on services, hours, pricing and orientation.
• Assist with locker room and fitness room cleanliness during high business levels or when the Spa/Gym Attendant is absent.
• Generate Birchstreet requisitions for departmental supplies and bed & linen sales.
