Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and assist with requests at the Spa Reception Desk.
• Check in/out Spa guests and schedule appointments.
• Answer phones, sell retail, and address guest questions about the Spa environment.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, spa services, retail, and safety protocols.
