Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate II in McAllen, Texas to deliver an elevated shopping experience, build client relationships, and drive sales. You will utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to engage customers and capture data for repeat business.

The role requires strong English, 1+ year luxury retail or related experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Active participation in brand initiatives and training is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Excellent communication and fashion trend awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized service.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and recommendations.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling to meet individual and store KPIs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS and mobile devices.
• Support store operations including replenishment, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
