Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences. You will meet sales goals, support daily store operations, and engage clients with styling expertise. The role blends luxury service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive loyalty.

Required are 1+ years in luxury retail, POS proficiency, and strong English. Schedule includes nights and weekends; physical tasks include lifting up to 25 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to lift 25 lb regularly, climb, kneel, and maneuver floors.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy and live demos.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach brand as ambassador and uphold style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Complete daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Source new customers, manage relationships, and follow up to close sales.
