Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience in a luxury retail setting. You will meet personal and store sales goals, while supporting daily store operations and omni‑channel initiatives to drive brand loyalty.

This role requires strong English, a passion for fashion, and the ability to use POS systems and mobile devices on the sales floor. Flexibility for a fast-paced environment and evenings/weekends is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and fashion‑savvy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising) respecting store policies.
