Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in San Marcos, TX, to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences blending luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and participate in brand initiatives.

You will build lasting client relationships, utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy team focused on growth and equity in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and familiarity with live-stream shopping are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools, and engage via social platforms to encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet/exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high energy, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques.
