Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile POS.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lb (up to 50 lb) regularly.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships with personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling; meet KPIs.
• Process transactions efficiently using POS; handle returns/exchanges.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising; assist teammates.
