You will support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory, and replenishment, while upholding service standards.

This role blends luxury-retail service with omni-channel selling and strong team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Experience operating POS systems and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to read price/release sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling; meet KPIs.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Process transactions and support inventory and store operations.
