Coach in Boston is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations while blending luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling.

The role emphasizes building client relationships through styling expertise and product knowledge, driving sales through cross‑selling and tailored recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and clienteling skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet store KPIs.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Use POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Complete daily operational tasks and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
