Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and clienteling skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet store KPIs.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Use POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Complete daily operational tasks and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
