Lucid Motors in Denver seeks a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to create exceptional first impressions and deliver an elevated guest experience at a Lucid Studio. You will be the first touchpoint for our luxury electric brand and help spark curiosity while introducing customers to the future of mobility.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey.
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity).
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
