Lucid Motors is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador for a Lucid Studio. You will be the first point of contact, delivering an elevated guest experience and sparking curiosity about the future of electric mobility.

In this role you will welcome visitors, answer inquiries, schedule test drives, capture leads in Salesforce, and support daily studio operations. This is a flexible, customer-facing position offering a premium luxury-brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey.
• Build knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity).
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
• Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready.
• Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests).
• Support day to day studio operations as needed.
