Job summary

Lucid Motors in California is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to be based at a Lucid Studio. You will create exceptional first impressions and deliver a welcoming, elevated experience for every guest, introducing customers to the future of electric mobility.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with approximately 20–25 hours per week. You will engage guests, capture leads in Salesforce, and support day-to-day studio operations while representing a premium,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• CRM experience preferred (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing)
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity)
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists
• Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready
• Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests)
• Support day to day studio operations as needed
