Lucid Motors USA, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to create exceptional first impressions and deliver an elevated guest experience at a Lucid Studio. You’ll spark curiosity, form meaningful connections, and introduce customers to electric mobility.

As a first contact for the brand, you’ll engage visitors, educate them about Lucid vehicles, and support daily studio operations, including open/close tasks and CRM-driven lead capture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• 18 years old minimum.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• Prior CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
• Physical ability to perform required tasks and pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year; DMV licensing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high-quality leads and interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Direct guests to the next steps in their journey.
• Develop knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Explain features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Provide backend support (order paperwork, status clarifications).
• Support studio operations including opening/closing checklists.
• Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean and charged.
• Assist with facility needs and maintenance requests.
• Support day-to-day studio operations as needed.
