Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador for our Los Angeles Studio. You will greet guests, provide an elevated brand experience, and help spark curiosity about electric mobility while representing a luxury, innovative brand.

In this role you’ll support daily studio operations, collect customer leads, schedule test drives, and maintain vehicle readiness. Flexible evenings and weekends required; 20–25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 18 years old minimum.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• Drug test and background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey.
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity).
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
• Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready.
• Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests).
• Support day to day studio operations as needed.
