Lucid Motors in Scottsdale is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to deliver a premium guest experience at a Lucid Studio. You will be among the first brand touchpoints, sparking curiosity and introducing customers to the future of electric mobility.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with an expectation of 20–25 hours weekly. You will welcome guests, gather needs, demonstrate vehicles, and support studio operations while representing the luxury Lucid brand.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Authorized to work in the USA; visa sponsorship not available.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, etc.) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable Lucid vehicles based on needs.
• Refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the next step in their journey.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
