The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, strong communication, and a passion for customer experience in a premium EV brand environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CRM experience preferred (Salesforce).
• Authorized to work in the USA; visas sponsorship not available.
• 18+ years old minimum.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and answer general inquiries.
• Schedule test drives and capture leads in CRM.
• Explain vehicle features and pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, charged, and showroom-ready.
