Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador for our studio in Torrance, CA. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering an elevated experience and introducing customers to electric mobility while representing a luxury EV brand.

The role requires evening/weekend availability and 20–25 hours per week. You will assist with test drives, CRM data capture, and studio operations, building strong knowledge of Lucid vehicles and services.

Qualificações

• 18 years old minimum.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• CRM experience preferred, Salesforce preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate nextstep in their journey.
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity).
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
• Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready.
• Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests).
• Support day to day studio operations as needed.
