Job summary

Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador for a Lucid Studio in the United States. You will be the first friendly point of contact, creating an elevated guest experience and introducing customers to the future of electric mobility.

You will help spark curiosity, capture leads in CRM, and support daily studio operations while representing an innovative luxury brand. This role requires flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and answer inquiries; schedule test drives.
• Capture leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Assess customer needs and preferences; recommend vehicles.
• Direct guests to next steps in their journey and to Sales Specialists as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
