Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail or hospitality.
• Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury brand setting.
• Authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture leads and interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Explain vehicle features and pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Support studio operations and maintain show vehicles and spaces.
• Direct guests to the next steps in their journey and assist with logistics.
