Job summary

Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking part-time Brand Ambassadors to greet guests at Lucid Studios and deliver a premium customer experience. You will answer inquiries, schedule test drives, and capture leads while learning the Lucid brand and vehicles.

Flexible evenings and weekends are required, with 20–25 hours per week. This role supports studio operations, front-end engagement, and ongoing customer interactions to drive brand connection.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or food service.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the USA; visas sponsorship not available.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey.
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity).
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
• Ensure test drive and showcased vehicles are clean, charged, and ready.
• Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests).
