Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred (TM Host and Archtics).
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings and weekends.
• Superior customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect event ticketing and parking payments.
• Deal courteously and effectively with the general public.
• Accurately account for payments collected and tickets issued.
• Resolve guest questions.
• Research customer accounts.
• Provide feedback to supervisor.
