Position Summary

The Ticket Seller works weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends and holidays, as event schedules vary. The role requires understanding and operating the computerized ticketing systems (TM Host and Archtics) and handheld payment devices; knowing and understanding the complete layout of each event and its seating chart; dealing knowledgeably and pleasantly with the public; and accounting for all tickets sold and payments received at the end of each shift.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate: $15.00.

Benefits for Part‑time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

Venue

Lexington is an active market in need of a welcoming venue. The Rupp Arena—a 20,000‑seat arena—hosts college basketball and major music events, while the Central Bank Center offers exhibition and meeting space. The Lexington Opera House adds Broadway talent to the area's entertainment offerings.
