The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh seeks a Library Services Associate for the Substitute Pool. Based at CLP – Hill District, you will support 25 hours per week across all neighborhood locations, traveling as needed to fill staffing gaps and maintain coverage.

Responsibilities include assisting patrons, enabling access to digital and learning services, and supporting day-to-day branch operations while ensuring excellent public service.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent public service experience.
• Four years of relevant public service experience with strong customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and internet use.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with information, digital services, and learning resources.
• Provide in-person, phone, and electronic service with high public-facing visibility.
• Support printing, scanning, faxing, copying, and online computer reservations.
• Assist with circulation, registration, shelving, and daily branch operations.
